To begin the new academic session 2022-23 with smart planning , zeal and passion an orientation programme for teachers was organized on 1st April 2022 at St. Peter’s Convent School , Sec 88, Greater Faridabad . The orientation programme was conducted on the topic ‘Joyful Learning : Realignment Post Covid - 19 (2022-23)’. The resource person of the day were Dr. Sneha Saha, Prof. Hema M.A. and Prof. A. Sabu John.

Dr. Sneha Saha highlighted the problems faced by the students during the online classes and suggested few methods to bridge the gap and make learning joyful for them. Prof. A. Sabu John proficiently demonstrated few effective classroom practices to foster metacognition in students to increase their learning and academic performance. Prof. Hema M.A. skillfully presented some stress management techniques and ways to inculcate life skills among students.
